Wood core
From the very first days of its existence, all MDAY boards were made according to the technology used in the manufacture of snowboards using a completely wooden core. This design provides the board with unrivaled strength characteristics and excellent elasticity. The wooden core is processed on CNC machines, allowing to achieve machining accuracy of up to 0.1 mm, which ensures high repeatability of the given board parameters.
BENT SINGLE CONCAVE
The bent single cocktail adds additional stability to the board, increases the ability to go into the wind and allows you to gain speed faster. The technology of bent concave is to give the board a curved shape in the press during hot molding under high pressure, which increases the height of the board in the middle part without increasing thickness, thereby giving the board excellent elastic properties, increasing rigidity and at the same time without adding weight.
